The plight of Mississippi was rarely discussed in the media but in this book you will read about how bad Hurricane Katrina was in Mississippi. What's more, you will read fascinating first person accounts of how these Mississippi Black women describe their experiences of going through Katrina and resiliently recover. Great book!
